The advertising fees include the display of promotional materials including videos, photos, flyers, etc. Videos and photos will be displayed for the public to view at our booth. Flyers or other handouts, along with ApHC materials, will be placed on tables to be distributed to the public. Our advertising fees are as follows: VIDEO PACKAGE - $25 Includes the periodic showing of a 10 minute video of your facility, stallions, and/or sale horses, the display and distribution of any promotional materials you supply. Videos will also be played upon request. FLYER PACKAGE - $15 Includes the display & distribution of a promotional flyer (8½" x 11") of your facility, sale horse(s) and/or stallion. BUSINESS CARD PACKAGE - $10 Includes the display (you provide the card holder) of your business card Videos, photos, and promotional materials must be provided by the farm or horse owner. Videos and photos will be returned at the completion of Equine Affaire providing you supply us with a postage paid envelope. Promotional materials will become the property of WMAA.
